Calling all Lawyers

This flyer just arrived in my inbox. A leading legal and human rights organisation advertising for unpaid interns. Surely lawyers can afford to pay minimum wage!

This site doesn’t hear enough from lawyers doing internships. If you know a Law intern or have been one yourself PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!

I’m a law student, and my experience with internships is mostly confined to City firm internships, which I find a dysfunctional system for reasons different than normal internship issues. Do you still need more? Email me.

This is ‘Justice’ organization – they are as broke now as any other human rights organization, including Amnesty International and Liberty. Why should they employ someone who want a pay if they have hundreds of people who are willing to intern there for free?

I found it interesting and definitely keen to go to China for my internship!
